What should I do while waiting for the tow truck?
On a highway shoulder: stay belted in the vehicle, wheels turned away from traffic, hazards on. On a street or lot: somewhere safe with your phone charged and ID handy. Have your destination address ready — it speeds everything up.
Can someone else meet the truck if I have to leave?
Yes — tell dispatch who's authorized. For tows without you present, we'll confirm details by phone before the car moves.
Do you buy junk cars or just tow them?
We tow them and can point you honestly at what scrap pays in Richmond right now. If you just want it gone, ask about haul-away when you call.
My car got towed by someone else — how do I find it?
If it was towed from private property, Richmond and the counties require trespass tows to be reported to police — call the non-emergency line for the jurisdiction and they'll tell you which lot has it. (That's not us: we only tow at the owner's request.)
Will you tow my car with stuff inside it?
Yes — your belongings ride with the car. Grab valuables, medications, and garage remotes before it leaves anyway; shops aren't lockboxes.
Do you take cards at the roadside?
Card, cash, and common payment apps — paid when the job's done, matching the quote you approved.
